MONMOUTH, Ore. - Jeff Charleston, alumnus of Western Oregon University and native of Independence, Ore., was honored at the 18th annual ESPY awards Wednesday, July 14, with the New Orleans Saints as the Best Team of the Year.

The Saints captured their first-ever Super Bowl championship last February in Miami.
