MONMOUTH, Ore. --- The Western Oregon Athletic Department is excited to announce its 2023 WOU Athletics Hall of Fame class with four new individuals and a team being recognized this year.
The honorees this year are:
- Andy Avgi - Men's Basketball '16
- Becky Blees Neumann - Volleyball '13
- Ken Forster - Golf '69
- Kurtis Kidd - Head Athletic Trainer, 1988-2018
- 2015-16 Men's Basketball Team
The Hall of Fame program will be held Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. and they will also be recognized at the football game that day. There is also a Homecoming Athletics Reunion held under the McArthur Field stadium from 6-8 p.m. on Oct. 20.
More information on the inductees and their celebration will be coming as the event draws closer.
