MONMOUTH, Ore. --- Western Oregon had three players earned Colelge Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors when the women's and men's basketball teams were announced Tuesday.

On the women's side, Natalie Brown and Ciona Wells earned the honor while Braydon Olson earned the honor for the men.

To qualify, a student-athlete must:

• At least have a 3.5 cumulative GPA
• At least be a sophomore athletically and academically
• Must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games
