Scotland Foss, a junior linebacker from Albany, Ore. (West Albany HS), sealed Western Oregon's 14-7 victory over Central Washington with an interception at the CWU 26 with 36 seconds left. In the second quarter, he recovered a fumble at the CWU 24 to set up WOU's first touchdown. Foss finished the contest with nine tackles and now leads the GNAC with 10.7 tackles per game.
