Danielle Reese, a 5-9 junior outside hitter from Gig Harbor, Wash. (Gig Harbor HS), helped lead Western Oregon to a sweep of the Alaska schools to close out the 2011 season. She posted matches of 16 and 18 kills, respectively. She also hit .321 for the weekend and registered a double-double with 18 kills and 14 digs against nationally ranked Alaska Anchorage.
