Western Oregon University Wolves

Tyler Sutherland, a junior from Gold Hill, Ore. (Crater High School), went 7-for-10 out of the leadoff spot in a four-game series for Western Oregon against Western Washington (Mar. 21-22). She also had two runs scored, two stolen bases, three RBI, three doubles and three walks as she reached base safely in all four games. Over the weekend Sutherland raised her average from .360 to .417 and went from ninth the third in batting average in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
