Ashley Potter, a senior from Springfield, Ore. (Thurston HS), recorded a mark of 38-8.25 (11.79m) in the triple jump to place fifth at the Husky Invitation. That mark gave her an NCAA provisional qualifying standard. She then posted a leap of 17-8.25 (5.39m) in the long jump to propel herself into fifth place on the Wolves' all-time top 10 list.
