Amanda Schumaker, a junior from Gladstone, Ore. (Gladstone HS), won the javelin throw at the GNAC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 154-1.5 (46.97m). She has been selected to the 2012 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the javelin with a throw of 158-11 to rank third on the 2012 NCAA performance list.
