Western Oregon University Wolves

Tyler Sutherland, a senior shortstop from Gold Hill, Ore. (Crater High School), went 6-for-13 with two doubles, two home runs, four RBI and five runs to help Western Oregon take three of four games from Montana State Billings. She posted a .533 on-base percentage and a 1.077 slugging percentage in the series while hitting .461. She has now hit safely in the first nine games of the season. Sutherland also played outstanding defense at shortstop, as she handled 23 chances in the field without making an error.
