Grant Glover, a junior second baseman from McMinnville, Ore. (McMinnville High School/Mt. Hood CC), was picked as the GNAC co-Player of the Week. Glover had seven hits in 17 at-bats including the game-winner in Saturday’s 5-4 victory as the Wolves completed a four-game sweep of Northwest Nazarene. Glover, who has hit safely in 12 consecutive games, also led a defense that committed just two errors in the four contests. He handled 16 chances (9 putouts, 7 assists) without committing a miscue. Since Glover was inserted as the leadoff hitter in a game against Saint Martin's on Mar. 27, the Wolves have won 10 straight games. He has collected 15 hits in 42 at-bats and scored eight runs during the streak.
