Caleb Singleton, a 6-4 senior safety from Salem, Ore. (West Salem High School), had a pair of fourth-quarter interceptions to seal a 40-27 win for the Wolves at St. George, Utah. His first theft came in the end zone and his second came with 1:10 remaining, enabling WOU to run out the clock. He also had a team-high nine tackles, a blocked pass and a blocked PAT. On the season, Singleton leads the GNAC with five interceptions and ranks 12th in tackles with 39.His on-field performance against Dixie State also earned Singleton GNAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
