Western Oregon University Wolves

Kolton Nelson, a 6-8 sophomore center from Klamath Falls, Ore. (Mazama High School), scored a career-high 30 points on 14-of-15 shooting against Pacifica to lead the Wolves to the championship game. His 14 baskets with just one miss are the most-ever by a GNAC student-athlete. He also grabbed 12 rebounds in the contest for his first career double-double. For the weekend, Nelson finished with 43 points and 16 rebounds, en route to sharing tournament MVP honors.
