Jamie Richardson, a 5-7 sophomore guard from Grants Pass, Ore. (Hidden Valley High School), scored 22 points, grabbed nine rebounds, dished out five assists and had two steals in the two-game Clarion Inn Thanksgiving Classic. She came out on fire with 16 points and five boards in the opener. She hit 6-of-9 shots from the field and 4-of-6 from behind the arc. Those performances brought Richardson's season scoring average to 13 points per game. Last season, she averaged 4.5 ppg.
