Wolves stumble against Anchorage

ANCHORAGE, Alaska
- Alaska Anchorage got 24 points from Kenny Barker as it earned a 95-69 win over the Western Oregon University men's basketball team Saturday, Mar. 7.

With the loss the Wolves end the season at 10-17 and 4-12 in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference as the Seawolves moved to 15-14 and 9-7.

Stanley Ratcliff scored a season-high 17 points on 7-of-8 shooting to lead Western Oregon. He also tied Travis Kuhns for the team lead with seven rebounds. Kuhns registered 13 points in the contest to tie Kevin Tyner for fifth place on the Western Oregon all-time scoring list. Blair Wheadon also had 11 points as he went 4-of-7 from the field. UAA also got big games out of Jeremiah Trueman and Kevin White which had 19 and 20 points, respectively.

The Seawolves won the rebounding battle 32 to 27 and committed just seven turnovers in the game as WOU turned it over 19 times.
