MONMOUTH, Ore. -- The Western Oregon University men's basketball team takes center stage as it hosts Central Washington University Thursday on KWVT and  Northwest Nazarene University Saturday in the GNAC Game of the Week on ROOT Sports.

LAST TIME OUT
• No. 20 Seattle Pacific cruised to a 79-47 victory over Western Oregon last Saturday.
• The Falcons extended their conference-high seven game win streak by dominating the glass, outrebounding WOU, 47-15.
• Seattle Pacific finished 56.9 percent from the field, while holding the Wolves to 31.4 percent.
• Riley Stockton led three SPU players in double-digit scoring with 15.
• SPU led for the entirety of the game, with the largest margin at 34.
Jordan Wiley and Rodney Webster both scored 10 points for WOU.

WESTERN OREGON STORYLINES
• After winning eight of nine, Western Oregon has lost six of its last seven games.
• The Wolves are eighth in NCAA Div. II with a 186 total steal. Their 9.3 steals per game is 15th in the nation. Both stats lead the conference.
Devon Alexander leads the conference with 38 total steals. His 1.90 steals per outing is third in the GNAC. Rodney Webster is sixth at 1.55.
Andy Avgi is averaging 13 points per game in Great Northwest Athletic Conference games, shooting 61 percent from the field.
• The Wolves are 9-1 this season when they have a better field goal percentage than their opponent, and 9-0 when they shoot 50 percent of better.

ABOUT THE WILDCATS
• Central Washington is heating up, winning six of its last eight with its two losses by a combined nine points.
• CWU's Mark McLaughlin leads the country in scoring averaging 28.4 points per game. He is averaging 31.3 points in conference contests.
• Since Jan. 4, he has made 25 of 45 treys to raise his career percentage to 31.2 from behind-the-arc.
• JB Pillard is second in the GNAC making 66.9 percent from the field. He currently ranks ninth in the nation in that stat category.
• Kevin Davis leads the conference with 2.31 blocks per outing.
• Four Wildcats are averaging double-digit scoring.

SERIES HISTORY
• Western Oregon and Central Washington meet for the 54th time.
• The teams have combined for 634 points in the past three meetings.
• The series dates back to a 36-30 Ellensburg Normal win in 1932.

ABOUT THE CRUSADERS
• Northwest Nazarene enters the week on a five-game losing streak.
• The Crusaders have won only one of their seven games away from Nampa this season.
• NNU is 21st in the country averaging 16.3 fouls per game.
• NNU is 12th in the nation with 10.2 three-pointers per game.
• Kevin Rima is averaging 14.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
• Four Crusaders are averaging double-digit scoring, Mario Donaldson and Michael Loomis are also averaging just over 13 points per contest.

SERIES HISTORY
• Western Oregon and Northwest Nazarene meet for the 55th time.
• The Wolves are 15-12 all-time versus NNU in Monmouth.
• WOU has won three straight at home over the Crusaders.
• The last Northwest Nazarene win at WOU was 101-86 in 2010.
• The series dates to a 72-67 Crusader win in 1969.
