STORYLINES
•   In a post-Thanksgiving non-conference matchup, the Western Oregon women's basketball team hosts Oregon Tech on Saturday, Nov. 26 at 2 p.m. inside the New P.E. Building.
•   The Wolves and Owls will renew a rivalry on the hardwood that has been dormant for 12 years. Western Oregon has won 25 of the previous 27 all-time meetings.
•   The game will have coverage on WOUWolves.com/Live with video and stats.
 
LAST TIME OUT
• Western Oregon played in the Chico State Coslet Classic at Acker Gymnasium last Friday and Saturday.
• The Wolves held a lead going into the fourth quarter in Friday's game against the host Wildcats, but Chico State was able to mount a comeback for a 70-67 win.
• Shelby Snook had 15 of her game-high 25 points in the third quarter, where WOU outscored Chico State 25-13.
• The Wolves had 34 points in the paint aided by 19 points on the night from Jasmine Miller.
• On Saturday, Western Oregon could not rally from a rough third quarter as Sonoma State won 74-59 despite the Wolves winning the final period by 10 points (18-8).
• The Wolves shot even with the Seawolves from the floor, but SSU was 23 of 25 from the foul line compared to 10 of 13 for Western.
• Kaylie Boschma led WOU with 14 points while Jasmine Miller had a solid 10-point, eight rebound effort.

• Western Oregon is averaging 67.8 points per game on the season and owns a scoring margin of +0.3.
• The Wolves are shooting 40.7 percent from the field, including 24.7 percent from 3-point range.
• WOU is averaging 14.0 free throws a game and is shooting 77.8 percent from the stripe this season.
• Western Oregon is averaging 36.0 rebounds per game, sporting a +2.0 rebounding margin.

• Transfer guard Shelby Snook enters this weekend leading the Wolves in scoring averaging 17.0 points per game.

• Head coach Holli Howard-Carpenter is in her fourth season at Western Oregon. She has compiled a 20-54 career record at WOU.
• Familiar faces appear on Howard-Carpenter's bench with the Katie Girten, Nia Bravo and Micah Walker all returning to the Western Oregon staff.
• Western Oregon was picked to finish 11th in the 2016-17 GNAC regular season title race by the league's coaches.

• Oregon Tech is 5-2 on the season after earning a NAIA preseason ranking at No. 20 in the country.
• The Owls had a five-game win streak snapped in their last game, a 62-58 loss at home to Simpson College.
• Oregon Tech is being led in scoring by senior guard Ashleigh Vandenbrink at 15.0 points per game. She also averages 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.
• Morgan Roberts-ILI has averaged a double-double through seven games – 11.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per game.
• Nohea Waiwaiole is the third on the team in scoring at 10.0 points per game.
• Oregon Tech is coached by Scott Meredith who is in his eighth season.
