TUCSON, Ariz. --- The Western Oregon men's basketball team got its first taste of action Tuesday night, and it wasn't an easy foe as the Wolves fell to No. 17 Arizona 91-61 at the McKale Center in front of 12,563 in attendance.
GNAC Preseason Player of the Year
Cameron Cranston led the team with 20 points and six rebounds, going 7-for-15 from the floor and 2-for-5 from 3-point range. Cameron Benzzel added 12 points and five rebounds.
All 15 players saw action in the exhibition.
The Wolves play another exhibition Saturday at Corban in Salem before opening the season Nov. 11 at home against San Bernardino.
