BELLINGHAM, Wash. --- The 14th-ranked Western Oregon women's soccer team had its program-record win streak snapped at six with a 3-0 loss at No. 21 Western Washington on Thursday night at Harrington Field.
The Wolves (7-2-1 overall, 4-1-0 GNAC) fell behind in the 16th minute after a red card put them a person down and the Vikings converted the penalty kick to make it 1-0.
The score remained that way until the second half when the Vikings scored in the 49th minute and again in the 81st minute.
WOU looks to get back on track Saturday at Simon Fraser.
