AS A JUNIOR (2011-12)
Played in 27 of 28 games.... Started all 25 of the 27 games he played in 2011-2012 season at the center position.... He averaged 10.6 points and 4 rebounds per contest.... Led the team in blocked shots with 20 on the year..... Nelson picked up a GNAC player of the week honors on Dec. 5th after scoring a combined 36 points and 13 rebounds in wins over CWU and NNU.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11)
Nelson started 27 games while averaging 9.7 points and 5.6 rebounds…He shot 51.5 percent from the field and 43.3 percent from behind the arc…Scored in double-figures eight times including a career-high 30 points against Pacifica…Recorded his first career double-double with 30 points and 12 rebounds against Pacifica…Pulled in a season high 13 rebounds against Simpson…Post three double-doubles on the year.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10)
Played in 23 games, while starting four…Led the Wolves with a 60.2 field goal percentage…Averaged 6.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.6 blocks…Scored a career-high 25 points against Western Washington…Recorded eight double-figure scoring games…Hauled in a season-best eight rebounds against Saint Martin's.

AS A REDSHIRT (2008-09)
Spent the 2008-09 season as a redshirt for the Wolves.

PRIOR TO WOU
A 2008 graduate of Mazama High School in Klamath Falls, Ore….Lettered three years in basketball…Named to the second team All-Southern Sky Conference as a junior and named MVP of the league as a senior…Played in the Gatorade Oregon Athletic Coaches Association All-Star game…Recorded a career-best 32 points and 10 blocks against rival Henley High School.
