Outdoor: Ran the 400m in seven meets for WOU…Registered a season-best time of 48.84 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Won the 200m and the 400m at the John Knight Twilight. Indoor: Placed fourth at the GNAC Championships in the 400m with a season-best time of 50.12…Ranks sixth on the Wolves all-time list in the 400m (50.12)…Other season-best times were a 7.09 in the 60m and a 22.61 in the 200m.
AS A FRESHMAN (2008)
Outdoor: Won the 400m at the GNAC Outdoor Championships…Ran a time of 48.11 in the 400m to rank second on the Wolves all-time top 10 list. Indoor: Won the 60m and 200m dashes at the GNAC Indoor Championships…Named the GNAC Freshman of the Year…Ranks third on the WOU all-time top 10 list with a time of 7.02 in the 60m…Is sixth on the all-time top 10 list with a time of 22.16 in the 200m.
PRIOR TO WOU
A 2007 graduate of Lake Stevens High School in Washington…Lettered in basketball and track & field…Earned all-league honors in the 100m, the 200m and the 4x400m relay.
