JUNIOR (2022)
Played in 43 games, making 39 starts for the Wolves ... Hit .264 with two home runs, 11 doubles (tied for the team high), 34 RBI (third on the team), 30 runs and a .792 OPS ... Had nine multi-hit games ... Had a season-high four RBI, three runs and tied a season-high with three hits in the season-opener against Fresno Pacific (Feb. 3).
SOPHOMORE (2021)
Herzog was a regular once again in the starting lineup for the Wolves playing third base. He started 29 games, posting 24 hits, 22 runs scored, a double, four home runs and 17 RBI. Herzog tallied five multi-hit games, including a season-high three hits against Central Washington in which he hit a pair of home runs and drove in three. Three times during the season Herzog had multi-RBI games including a season-high four against Montana State Billings.
FRESHMAN (2020)
Saw action as a true freshman in 2020 playing in eight total games that included seven starts. Herzog collected four hits, four RBI, a double, a triple, a home run, four walks and three runs scored. He posted a two-hit game at Central Washington, adding his first collegiate home run and drove in two runs. In the earlier series versus MSU Billings, Herzog added another two RBI game with a triple. He drew a pair of walks at Fresno Pacific and added a double later in the series.
HIGH SCHOOL
Herzog played multiple positions throughout his high school career seeing time at third base, shortstop and pitcher. He was a three-year letterwinner, as he helped lead the team his sophomore year to the second round of the playoffs. He started at third base that season. As a junior, the team made the second round of the playoffs again as he earned first team All-League and honorable mention All-State. During his senior season, the team was League Champions and ranked second in the state. He earned second team All-League accolades.
