AS A JUNIOR (2008-09)
Outdoor: Owns the fourth-best time in school-history in the 1500m with a time of 3:51.33…Ran middle distance races for the Wolves in five meets…Won the 1500m at the WOU-Willamette Dual (3-14).  Indoor: Ranks third on WOU's all-time list in the 800m with a time of 1:53.71…Is fifth in school-history in the mile with a time of 4:16.90…Placed third in the mile at the GNAC Indoor Championships (4:19.09).  Cross Country: Ran in the first five races of the season…Recorded top 30 finishes at the Pacific Lutheran Invite (22nd) and the GNAC Championships (30th)…The Pacific Lutheran Invite was a season-best finish (21:10.77).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Ran in the first five races of the season for the men's cross country team…Best finish came at the Saint Martin's Invite as he placed 15th with a 27:26…Other top 25 finishes came at the Western Oregon Summer End Invite as he placed 22nd with a 27:18 and at the Pacific Lutheran Invitational as he placed 24th with a time of 26:52.

AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Ran in four of WOU’s six meets…Highest placement was at the Pacific University meet where he finished 21st…Had WOU’s second best mark on the track in the 800 with a time of 1:56.70…Also had the third best crossing in the 400 with a time of 54.28.

PRIOR TO WOU
Earned All-Greater St. Helen’s League honors on the track in the mile...Three letters in cross country, two in track and field...Prep best of 16:44 in the 5K (cross country), 1:56.6 on the track in the 800 and 4:30 in the mile.

Born in Seattle, Wash., 1988...History major…Parents are Jackie and Mark of Vancouver, Wash…Jeff has a younger brother, Scott (16).
