Jake Whisler

Jake Whisler enters his third year as a member of the Western Oregon baseball coaching staff in 2018. He works as a first base and outfield/infield coach.

Prior to coaching, Whisler played second base at WOU for five seasons. He took part in earning five Great Northwest Athletic Conference titles and two West Regional appearances. Whisler was also named team captain during his final season.

Whisler obtained his undergraduate degree in exercise science from WOU in 2015 and will receive his master’s degree in health education this winter.
