Western Oregon University Wolves

Carder joins the WOU baseball team after spending the previous season at the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, Calif., after playing the previous two seasons at Linn Benton CC in Albany.

While at the University of Antelope, Carder played in 53 games that included 52 starts. He posted a .277 batting average, with 56 hits, 13 doubles, four triples, 11 home runs and 49 RBI. He also added 12 stolen bases. The team reached the NAIA National Tournament that season after winning 35 games.

During his time at Linn Benton CC, he helped lead the team to the conference championship in both seasons and earned multiple accolades including Gold Glove for his play in the outfield (both seasons), All-Conference and All-NWAC during his sophomore season.

During his high school career, he helped lead the team to the state tournament in two of his four seasons. He earned All-Conference in three seasons and was an All-State 6A honoree as a senior.
