Biography

2020 (Junior)
In his first season with the Wolves, Gibons pitched in two games that were both starts. He logged 5.1 innings and recorded six strikeouts. He made his WOU debut against Fresno Pacific on Feb. 15 going four innings, allowing just a hit while striking out five. He also pitched 1.1 innings against MSU Billings.

Gibons arrives at WOU after spending the previous two seasons at Edmonds Community College in Edmonds, Wash. During his career at Edmonds, Gibons helped lead the team to a third-place finish in the NWAC Tournament and the NWAC North Conference Champions his freshman year. As a sophomore, the team hosted regionals and made it to the NWAC Tournament. He took home first team All-Conference, Conference Gold Glove Award and was named the Team MVP.

During his high school career, Gibons earned first team All-Conference as a senior, was selected to the All-State game his senior year and led the King Conference in ERA that season as well.
