Took over the starting left field job until a wrist injury knocked him from the lineup at the end of April…Played in 28 games…Made 21 starts…Hit .355 for the season…Was on a six-game hitting streak when his season ended…Registered 22 hits, 14 runs and 10 stolen bases…Recorded nine runs batted in…Did not make an error in the field…Had five multi-hit games.

2007 graduate of Canby High School…Played three years of baseball and two years of basketball…Was a first team all-state selection as a center fielder…Was the league's Player of the Year…Played in the 6A North/South All-Star game…Played two seasons at Mt. Hood CC.
