AS A JUNIOR (2008-09)
Outdoor: Ran in six meets for the Wolves…Won the 5000m at the Pacific Northwest Relays…Season-best time of 31:19.76 came at the Willamette Invite.  Indoor: Ran the mile in the Pilot Indoor and the GNAC Indoor Championships.  Cross Country: All-GNAC Academic selection…Recorded five top 30 finishes in six races…Placed 29th at regionals with a time of 34:46.2…Season-best finish came at the Pacific Lutheran Invite when he placed fourth…Came in 21st at the GNAC Championships…Ran in all six races for the Wolves.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007-08)
Cross Country: Named the Marquis Spas Cross Country Athlete of the Year…Member of the All-GNAC team after finishing ninth at the conference meet with a 25:42.68…Ran in all six races for the Wolves…Posted a season-best finish at the Pacific Lutheran Invitational to second with a 35:15….Also finished in the top 20 at the Saint Martin's Invite (sixth, 26:18), the Summer End Invite (13th, 26:13) and the NCAA West Regional (18th, 31:32.54)…Selected as Wolves' co-MVP.

AS A FRESHMAN (2006-07)
One of two Western Oregon cross country members to participate in every meet in 2006….Placed seventh at the Pacific University Meet (first place for the Wolves)…Finished 16th at the St. Martin’s run, fourth for his team…Took eighth at Pac. Lutheran (third for the Wolves)…Ran at the NCAA Regional Championships with a time of 34:57, allowing him to claim 59th place…Had the second best performance for WOU track in the spring in the 10K with a time of 32:53.23…Ran 4:07.44 in the 1,500 meters.

PRIOR TO WOU
Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country...Also lettered three times in basketball...Placed eighth at the state cross country meet (3A) in 2005, clocking 16:59 on the 5K course...All-league selection in basketball...Won league championship in cross country...District champ on the track in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters...Participated in the Border Clash.
