AS A FRESHMAN (2008-09)
Outdoor: Ran the 1500m and the 5000m for the Wolves…Season-best time of 4:01.55 in the 1500m came at the Willamette Invite…Best time in the 5000m (15:34.98) came at the Lewis & Clark Invite.  Indoor: Placed fourth at the GNAC Championships in the mile…Season-best times were a 4:24.18 in the mile and an 8:56.95 in the 3000m.  Cross Country: Participated in the Pacific Lutheran Invitational in his only competition of the season…Posted a time of 27:27.44 in the meet.

AS A REDSHIRT (2007)
Was a redshirt on the 2007 Western Oregon cross country team.

PRIOR TO WOU
2007 graduate of Gladstone High School (4A)…Three-time letterman in both track and field and cross country, lettered once in basketball, football, and swimming…Placed ninth at the 4A XC State Championships in 2006…Two-time 3000m district champ, and placed second twice in the 1500m…Participated in the 2006 Borderclash meet…Has a career best of 16:27 for the 5Km, 9:05 for the 3Km, and 4:10 for the 1500.
