AS A FRESHMAN (CORBAN, 2020)
Hyre began her collegiate career at Corban where she played in 16 games that included 13 starts during her freshman season. She posted a .348 batting average with two home runs, four doubles, 16 hits, seven runs scored and 11 RBI. Hyre had a hit in 10 games, that included four multi-hit games and had a season-high four hits against Warner Pacific. She tallied a home run twice against Oregon Tech and drove in two runs in three games against Oregon Tech and twice against Northwest (WA).

HIGH SCHOOL
Hyre played locally at Central High School in Independence where she earned First Team All-League honors in softball. During her senior year Hyre was named Player of the Year in the league and also earned First Team All-State. Some of the records she took with her from her career include single season record for hits (50), single season home run mark (12), career home runs (19), single season slugging percentage (1.111) and career slugging percentage (.950). Hyre also played basketball and soccer during her high school career.
