Emma Barrow enters her first season as the Western Oregon women's soccer assistant coach in 2025.
Barrow comes to WOU from CSU Bakersfield where she was an assistant coach in 2024 - helping the team make a run to the Big West Championship title game where the Roadrunners fell in penalty kicks to UC Santa Barbara.
As for her playing career, Barrow spent 2016-20 at NCAA D-I San Diego where she played in 40 games (24 starts) as a defender/midfielder, scoring two goals and adding an assist in 2,142 minutes. She played her final season at Cal Poly Pomona where she scored six goals, added an assist and was named All-CCAA Honorable Mention.
From Castro Valley, California, Barrow received a bachelor's degree in Sociology: Law, Crime and Social Justice from USD in 2020 before earning her master's in Public Administration (MPA) from Cal Poly Pomona in 2022.
