AS A JUNIOR (2008-09)
Outdoor: Ran mid-distance for the Wolves in seven meets…Season-best times include a 2:16.88 in the 800m and a 4:52.14 in the 1500m…Placed second in the 800m at the WOU-Willamette Dual (3-7) and the John Knight Twilight. Cross Country: Ran in four of the six races…Earned a top 25 finish at the Pacific Lutheran Invite placing 24th, her top finish of the season…Ran for the Wolves in the GNAC Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Cross Country: Ran in four of six races for Western Oregon…Finished 11th at the Summer End Invite for a season-best finish.
PRIOR TO WOU
2006 graduate of Carlsbad High School…Four time letterwoman for both track and field and cross country…Named to the all-league team three times in her high school career, two of those times as a first team member…Also qualified for the state meet twice…Held the school record in the 800 for a year…Played JV soccer one year…Transferred in from Sonoma State where she ran track and XC for the Seawolves.

Born in New Brunswick, N.J....Community Health Education major, Psychology minor…Parents are Peter and Regina Zambon…Erica has two siblings, Michael (20) and Rebecca (17).
