AS A SOPHOMORE (2009)
Outdoor: Only woman to win a GNAC Outdoor event…Took home the GNAC heptathlon championship with 4,588 points…Won the shot put and the 800m in the heptathlon competition…Posted season-best times of 14.94 in the 100m hurdles and a 1:04.90 in the 400m hurdles…Season-best marks in the jumping events were a 5-1 (1.55m) in the high jump, a 16-8.5 (5.09m) in the long jump and a 35-8.75 (10.89m) in the triple jump…Also registered times of 27.62 in the 200m and a 2:29.09 in the 800m…In the throws, he posted season-long tosses of 34-8.25 (10.57m) in the shot put, a 118-11 (36.25m) in the javelin…Named the Marquis Spas Athlete of the Year of track & field.  Indoor: Participated in four events at GNAC Indoor Championships…Competed in all three jumping events and the 60m hurdles at the GNAC Indoor Championships…Best finish came in the meet came when he placed fourth in the triple jump with a season-best leap of 35-5.75 (10.81m)…Other season-best marks were times of 9.54 in the 60m hurdles and a 28.0 in the 200m…Posted season-bests marks of 16-7.25 (5.06m) in the long jump and a 4-11.5 (1.51m) in the high jump.

Played volleyball for Western Oregon as a freshman…Started three games as the middle blocker.

PRIOR TO WOU
A 2007 graduate of North Salem High School…Lettered three times in both volleyball and basketball, and four times in track & field…Earned all-state honors in track & field…Named the conference's female athlete of the year for track & field as a senior…Was a league champion in the triple jump and the javelin…Also earned all-league honors in basketball and volleyball.
