Justin Crosswhilte begins his third year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in 2025-26.
Crosswhite moved to compliance in 2023-24 after serving a year working in facilities and event management for WOU in 2022-23.Â
Crosswhite completed a decorated student-athlete career at Western Oregon in 2022 for the Wolves' cross country and track teams. He was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American - including voted to the first team in his final season in 2022. He also ranks in the top 10 in WOU history in several track and field categories, took first in the mile at the 2019 GNAC Indoor Championships and had a second-place finish at the GNAC Cross Country Championships in 2019.
Crosswhite is from Hood River, Oregon.
