Ryan McGlinchey enters his second year in his return to wouTV as a Multimedia Specialist in 2025-26 - taking over the reigns this season after a year under former WOUTV Director Deborah Rezell.
McGlinchey, a native of Eugene, Oregon, is the lead staff member for WOUTV, Western Oregon University's in-house multimedia production department and is the sole broadcaster for all home Wolves Athletics events. As Multimedia Specialist, he will be responsible for supervising a team of students and professional staff running broadcast operations at all home events, working as part of the Athletic Communications Team.
McGlinchey is an alumni of WOU, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. During his time as a student, McGlinchey worked with WOUTV, helping run camera operations and producing broadcasts. He completed a Master's in Information Technology from Grand Canyon University in 2024.
