Amanda Wright, a junior from Olympia, Wash. (Capital High School), set the school record in the 5,000 meter at the UW Invitational. She posted a career-best time of 18:13.39 to climb three spots to the top spot in the record books. Her time was 25 seconds better than her previous career-best time of 18:38.94, and earned her automatic entry into the GNAC Indoor Championships.
