Ran in three races. Finished second in the 8000K at the Sonoma State University Invitational with a time of 26:40. Ran a season best in the 8K at the UW Sundodger Cross Country Invitational (College) with a time of 25:40.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
Ran the 4M in the Mike Hodges Invitational and received a time of 21:06.5.
AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Ran in four races for the Wolves…Placed 45th at the GNAC Championships…Best finish came at the Mike Hodges Invite (28th).
PRIOR TO WOU
A 2010 graduate of North Valley High… lettered in Cross Country and Basketball for two years and Track for three years… Received First team all-state in 2010 and second team all-state in 2009… received first team all-league in 2009 and 2010.
