Western Oregon University Wolves

The Wolves pitching staff held MSU Billings to 28 hits and eight runs (six earned) over 32 innings to allow Western Oregon to sweep the series and move into first place in the GNAC. The Wolves have now won 11 straight contests, 10 of which it has held the opponent to three runs or less. In the series the starting pitchers threw 27.2 innings allowing 22 hits, five runs (three earned) while striking out 27 and walking just seven.
