Will Crook, sophomore from Jewell, Ore. (Jewell HS), took eighth place in the men's javelin at the NCAA Championships with a throw of 196-3 (59.83m). He recorded his best mark on his fifth toss of the day. This was the second straight trip to Nationals for Crook who moved up from 16th place last season to earn All-American status this year.
