Etheridge hit .429 with five RBI in a 3-2 week for WOU. He closed the weekend with a 3-for-4 performance in the series finale at Azusa Pacific and went 2-for-3 with a run scored in Sunday’s win over Cal State Dominguez Hills. His double against CSUDH in the fourth inning gave the Wolves a 2-0 lead, but it was his situational hitting that pushed WOU ahead in the ninth inning. With the bases loaded and don in the count, the senior lifted a ball into right field deep enough to score pinch runner Forrest Garcia with the eventual game-winning run.
