Game 1
Western Oregon rallied for five runs in the seventh off the Warriors' bullpen to win the opener 10-8.

The Wolves would also put up two unearned runs thanks to three Warriors' errors, and Bo Folkinga capped off the inning with a steal of home.

The Wolves bullpen kept them in the game to give them a chance to comeback. Brian Pisca took over for starter Jason Wilson in the fifth inning and pitched 1.1 innings to earn his first win of the season. WOU head coach Jeremiah Robbins then called on senior Ian MacDougall with two runners on in the seventh to get the final nine outs. MacDougall pitched the final three innings allowing five hits and just one earned run to pick up his third save of the season.

Miller would finish the game 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored. AJ Royal would also add two doubles and Quinn Naughtin picked up two RBI on a home run. Kyle Blackwell chipped in with two hits and two RBI of his own. David Amberson had two hits out of the leadoff spot.

After an error by the Warriors kept the inning alive, Folkinga would pick up two RBI on a double and Royal would single him in to bring the score to 10-7.
