MONMOUTH, Ore. – The Western Oregon volleyball team returns to action this week as the Wolves host Willamette at the New P.E. Building on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 7:00 p.m.
WOU enters the week with a mark of 2-2 on the season after splitting four matches at the WOU Invitational last weekend. The Wolves defeated Holy Names and Cal State East Bay before dropping hard-fought, five-set matches to Metro State and Minnesota State to close out the weekend.
Hannah Deede led the WOU attack to open the year with 47 kills while Samantha Moore posted a .357 attack percentage in 12 sets
Willamette enters the match with a 4-4 record after splitting four matches at the Colorado College Molten Classic last weekend.
WOU enters the match having won five-straight in the series as the Wolves own a 28-7 record all-time against the Bearcats.
Admission to the match is $6 for adults and $4 for non-WOU students and seniors.
