STORYLINES- Western Oregon seeks a successful weekend at home to close a four-game home stand and the first half of conference round-robin play. This week's festivities begin Thursday versus Central Washington. On Saturday, the Wolves host Northwest Nazarene.
- The Wolves are looking for their first two-game home winning streak since December 2014.
- Thursday's tip is at 5:15 p.m. Pacific, with broadcast coverage on KWVT and live video coverage in WOUWolves.com. Saturday's game is also set for a start time of 5:15 p.m. Pacific.
ABOUT WESTERN OREGON- Last time out: Solid team defense and rebounded allowed WOU to hold Concordia last Thursday in a 53-43 victory. Scoring runs at the beginning of the second and fourth quarters allowed the Wolves to hold off the Cavaliers.

Emily Howey added 13 points. On Saturday, WOU ran into a hot shooting club in the first half as Montana State Billings took a 60-37 victory.
Sydney Azorr led WOU with seven points and five rebounds.

Emily Howey has led Western Oregon in scoring averaging 7.6 points per game. Seven total players are averaging 4.9 points per game or more, helping the Wolves to a 53.8 ppg team average.
- All three wins for WOU have come at home – in overtime against Evergreen State on Nov. 22, a close call against Simon Fraser on Dec. 31 and a double-digit win over Concordia on Jan. 12.
- WOU is scoring 54.0 points per game while, in comparison, opponents are scoring 67.2 points per contest.

- Western Oregon was picked to finish 10th in the GNAC regular season title by the league's coaches after finishing ninth in the league with a 5-13 conference record in 2014-15.
ABOUT CENTRAL WASHINGTON- Central Washington has won three of their last four games, including a home split with the Alaska schools last week. The Wildcats lost to the now top-ranked Seawolves by a score of 66-42. They rebounded by handling the Nanooks, 83-57.
- Jasmine Parker is an all-around threat for CWU. She tops the league in blocked shots (40), is third in rebounding (8.3) and 15
th in scoring (11.6 ppg).
- CWU has the seventh best scoring offense (64.1 ppg), but excels on the defensive end holding teams to 55.2 ppg (second best in the GNAC).
- Central Washington head coach Jeff Harada is in his second year in Ellensburg after stints as an assistant coach at the United State Naval Academy and leading the Hawaii Pacific women's basketball team to an appearance in the NCAA West Regional back in 2010.
- The Wildcats were picked to finish fourth in the GNAC preseason coaches' poll.

ABOUT NORTHWEST NAZARENE- Northwest Nazarene split league games against the Alaska schools, but have lost three of their last four games overall.
- Last week at home, the Crusaders defeated Alaska 74-57 and lost to Alaska Anchorage 95-71.
- Ellie Logan leads NNU averaging 12.3 points per game, which is 13
th in the conference. Logan has the second best free-throw percentage making 56-of-63 attempts (88.9 percent).
- Northwest Nazarene is led by third-year head coach Ryan Bragdon.
- The Crusaders were picked to finish sixth in the GNAC preseason coaches' poll and picked up a first-place vote.
