BILLINGS, Mont. --- The Western Oregon volleyball team swept Montana State Billings 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-17) on Thursday night at Alterowitz Gymnasium, picking up its 10th win of the season - the most since the 2016 season.
The Wolves (10-15 overall, 4-13 GNAC) have a chance to have its most wins since going 21-6 in 2012 with a win Saturday at Seattle Pacific.
WOU was paced by
Sarah Strus as she finished with 10 kills with only one attack error and 16 attempts.
Chloe Asciutto was nearly as efficient with eight kills and one error on 13 attempts.
Bella MacLellan had five kills (in seven attempts) to go along with a team-high four blocks.
Laney O'Neil led the team with 18 assists while
Samantha Darby had 12 and
Sophie Matlock led the team with 13 digs.
