MONMOUTH, Ore. --- The Western Oregon women's basketball team had its five-game home win streak snapped as the Wolves fell to Simon Fraser 77-63 Thursday night at New PE Building.

The Wolves (9-8 overall, 2-4 GNAC) fell behind the Red Leafs (10-9, 2-4) 20-17 after the first quarter, but started the second quarter on a 5-0 run thanks to a
Bella Pedrojetti 3-pointer and a pair of
Gretta Baker free throws to make it 22-20.

But it would be WOU's final lead of the contest as SFU outscored the Wolves 19-4 the rest of the way to take a 39-26 lead at the break.

Cali McClave paced WOU with 14 points to go along with four rebounds, four assists and two steals while
Triniti Youngblood had 10 points, seven rebounds and two steals.

The Wolves return to action 2 p.m. Saturday as they host No. 21 Western Washington.
