No. 10 Wolves fall at home to MSU Billings

SALEM, Ore. --- The 10th-ranked Western Oregon men's soccer team lost to Montana State Billings 2-1 on Saturday at Sparks Field on the campus of Willamette University.

The Wolves (10-2-1 overall, 6-1 GNAC) took a 1-0 lead early in the first half when a cross by Marcus Vazquez was knocked in by a MSUB (5-4-4, 4-2-1).

The Yellowjackets tied the match 1-1 in the 28th minute and the score remained that way until MSUB scored in the 74th minute to give it the lead for good.

The Wolves return to action Thursday at home against Saint Martin's.
