MONMOUTH, Ore. --- If you're a Western Oregon Wolves fan, it's a great weekend to be in Monmouth!
All three springs sports programs are at home this week:

SOFTBALL
Midway through the GNAC schedule, it's turning into a four-team battle for the fourth-and-final GNAC Championships spot.
Both WOU and NNU look to snap recent losing skids this weekend in Monmouth while staying in the hunt for the GNAC postseason tournament. It's the Wolves' final home games of the season as WOU is 7-7 in Monmouth in 2025. WOU hits the road the next two week's to close out the season at MSU Billings and at Saint Martin's.
NNU enters the week with just eight games left on its schedule, all against the teams directly above the Nighthawks in the standings - this weekend in Monmouth before hosting MSU Billings to end the season April 25-26.
TRACK & FIELD
Friday and Saturday are the two days you can catch the Wolves at home this season in a 27-school meet - the largest home meet WOU has hosted in numerous years.
On Friday, 29 WOU athletes will be competing between the hammer, javelin, 400 hurdles, 1,500, steeple and 5,000 while 50 Wolves will compete in the rest of the events Saturday.

BASEBALL
It's a key weekend for the Wolves if they want to finish in the top three of the GNAC and qualify for the conference postseason tournament. WOU sits in fourth, five games back of this week's opponent and third-place Central Washington with 12 games to go. WOU was swept earlier this season by the Wildcats in Ellensburg.
WOU's remaining GNAC schedule after this weekend's CWU series is: Four home games versus MSU Billings (April 25-26), four road games at Saint Martin's (May 1-2).
