Biography

2019 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Minniti played and started all 11 games during the 2019 season, coming away with 35 total tackles (23 solo), a half-tackle for loss, a fumble recovery and an interception. He had a tackle in 10 games, posting multiple stops in nine games. He went for a season-high six tackles against Texas A&M-Kingsville and added five tackles versus Azusa Pacific. Minniti recorded a half-tackle for loss against Angelo State and had an interception against Eastern New Mexico.

2018 (Redshirt Freshman)
Appeared in all 11 games... finished sixth on the team with 34 tackles, 23 solo and 11 assisted... returned an interception 40 yards for a touchdown Oct. 20 against Humboldt State... recorded at least four tackles in each of the final four games of the season.
