AS A JUNIOR (2009)
Member of the GNAC All-Academic team…Ran in three races…Best finish came at the Summer End Run where she placed third…Also garnered a 32nd place finish at the GNAC Championships and a 53rd place finish at the West Regional.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2008)
Selected as to the All-GNAC Academic team…Ran in all six races…Had top 25 finishes at the WOU Summer End Invite (17th) and the Pacific Lutheran Invite (9th)…Just missed a top 25 finish at the Grass Course Meet, placing 26th with a time of 20:06.46…Participated in the GNAC Championships and the NCAA West Regionals…Also ran in the indoor and outdoor national championships…She placed fifth and earned All-American honors in the 800m at outdoor nationals…Placed 10th at the indoor meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (2007)
Participated in all six races for the Wolves…Recorded two top 25 finishes…Placed 16th at the Saint Martin's Invitational for a season-best finish…Finished 20th at the Western Oregon Summer End Invite with a time of 21:15.

PRIOR TO WOU
2007 graduate of Gladstone High School…Lettered four years in track, three years in basketball and once in cross country…Earned second team all-state honors as a senior in basketball and 800m in track…First team All-Capital Conference pick on the court as well…Gladiators reached the state final before losing to Stayton…Named third team all-league for XC….Participated in the 2006 state cross country meet and was a three-time participant in the state track meet…Holds a personal record best of 2:15.48 for the 800m, 61seconds in the 400 meters, and 5:10 for the 1500m.

Born in Oregon City, Ore....Education major...Desires to become a teacher and coach...Parents are Jere and LaRae Applebee…Father is an athletic director, Mother is a middle school teacher…Annan has a younger brother, Andy (20).
