AS A JUNIOR (2008)
First team All-GNAC selection as a safety…Started all 11 games of the season…Finished second on the team with 86 tackles (41 solo)…Had 2.5 tackles for loss including one sack…Notched five pass breakups…Had a season-best 12 tackles against Portland State…Also had double-digit tackle performances in back-to-back games against Central Washington (10) and Humboldt State (11).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Finished seventh on the team with 43 total tackles…Recorded five tackles for loss including two sacks…Had nine tackles and a blocked kick against Central Washington (Oct. 13).

AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Played in eight games for WOU…Had his best game at Southern Oregon 9/23//06 when he broke up three passes…Made a season-high five tackles at Linfield 9/9/06…Made 18 tackles in total, including six solo.

AS A REDSHIRT (2005)
Spent the 2005 season at WOU as a redshirt...Named the team’s Scout Defense Player of the Week on Sept. 12.

PRIOR TO WOU
2005 graduate of Madison High School…Third team all-state (4A) in 2004 as a safety…Honorable mention all-state at running back…First team All-Portland Interscholastic League pick on both sides of the ball…Led the PIL in rushing with 1,692 yards and had 20 TD’s…Two-time all-state wrestling honoree…Four-time district grappling champ…Participated on Oregon national junior team three times.

PERSONAL
Born in Portland, Ore…Physical Education major…Wants to be a high school football coach…Parents are Tracy and Christie Jackson…Dad is a teacher and high school head football coach, Mom is a teacher…Both attended Willamette University where Tracy played football…Andy’s brother Matt (23) also played college football, and sister Megan (25), softball at Eastern Oregon.
