AS A JUNIOR (2008)
Named to the Football Gazette All-Super Region Four third team…Selected to the first team All-GNAC as a running back…Started all 11 games…Had 153 carries for 751 yards and six touchdowns…Averaged 4.9 yards per rush…Notched 68.3 yards of total offense per game…Season-long rush of 53 yards came against Portland State…Only 100-yard game came against Humboldt State as he carried the ball 12 times for 101 yards and one touchdown…Averaged 78.5 yards per game, second on the tam…Finished tied for third on the team with 42 points scored…Caught 11 balls for 113 yards and one touchdown…Averaged 10.3 yards per catch.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
D2football.com All-Independent Second-Team Running Back…All-ICAA First-Team…Named the team’s Offensive MVP in the game versus Willamette…Led the team in rushing with 722 yards and five touchdowns…Averaged 4.8 yards per carry with a long of 31…Caught a pass in seven of eight games played…Totaled 11 receptions for 76 yards...Finished fourth on the team in scoring with 30 points.

AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Played in 10 games, starting in three for WOU…Was second on the team in rushing with 530 yards…Also caught eight balls for 90 yards…Was third on the team in all-purpose yards…Scored three touchdowns, all in a game against Dixie State (Nov. 4)…Had a career-best game against Dixie State rushing for 174 yards on 19 carries, including a long run of 39 yards…Also caught a pass in the game for 25 yards…Had a personal-best three catches at Western Washington 10/28/06…On special teams made two solo tackles.

AS A REDSHIRT (2005)
Spent the 2005 season as a redshirt at WOU...Was WOU’s Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week vs. Western Washington...Competed for WOU as a sprinter during the indoor track season.

PRIOR TO WOU
2005 graduate of McKay High School… Played football and ran track in high school… First team All-Valley League running back as a junior, second team as a senior… Second in the state (4A) in rushing with 1,731 yards…As a senior, was Valley League champion in the 100m and long jump, and was a member of the league champion 4x100m team that took 4th at state … Rushed for 350 yards and 3 TDs on 22 carries against McNary High, including gains of 87, 67, and 59 yards… Also had another game where he rushed for 347 yards...Finished with 3,031 career rushing yards at 7.5 yards per carry...Scored 31 touchdowns.

Born in Salem, Ore….Exercise Science and Health major…Wants to be a fireman and an athletic trainer…Parents are Alvin Kuenzi and Michelle Johnson of Salem…Father is in agriculture and mother is a nurse…Ben has seven siblings…Great grandfather, Ralph Attwood, was a running back at Arkansas.
